Access Services Librarian
Lincoln Memorial University – Harrogate, Tennessee
Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) invites applications for a full-time Access Services Librarian to join the Finley Learning Resource Center. This position plays a vital role in supporting student success by providing reference and research assistance, library instruction, collection development, and leadership of Access Services in collaboration with the library team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide reference and research assistance to students, faculty, and staff.
- Deliver library instruction and information literacy sessions.
- Support collection development in assigned subject areas.
- Oversee Access Services, including circulation operations, in collaboration with the Evening Circulation Supervisor and the Head of Collection Engagement.
- Promote user engagement with library resources and services.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master of Library Science (MLS/MLIS) or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and library-related technologies.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- An additional master's degree in a discipline relevant to LMU academic programs.
- Supervisory experience.
