Weber County Library System
Company Overview
Nestled between the Great Salt Lake to the west and the beautiful Wasatch Mountains to the east, Weber County is a diverse community where arts, culture, sports, outdoor recreation, and a thriving business community combine to create an exciting place to live and work. The Weber County Library System (comprised of a Main Library and four branch libraries) serves a community of approximately 260,000 as a reference, information, and community activities center with an annual budget of just over $11,000,000. The Library has a technology-focused environment; an active Friends group; a dynamic Development Foundation; and a dedicated corps of community volunteers. Special programs include art exhibits, book discussions, musical performances, classes on healthy living and exercise, and one-on-one technology training. Our beautifully renovated libraries provide a backdrop for our commitment to third-space programming and resources.
