Company Overview

Watkins College of Art, Design & Film is a regionally and nationally accredited, non-profit, independent college of the visual arts located in Nashville, Tennessee (www.watkins.edu). Founded in 1886 as a community education resource, the college now offers BFA degrees in fine art, film, photography, graphic design and interior design; an MFA in film production; and a BA in art degree. The library collection supports the art and design curriculum with an emphasis on contemporary art. The library also has a collection of comic books, zines and artists’ books, an eclectic collection of DVDs and curated collections of graphic novels and children’s illustrated books.
