Richland Library is located in Columbia, SC. We have 11 locations throughout Richland County.
We are committed to providing excellent customer experiences, both in person and online. Richland Library is the heart of community life in Richland County, and we encourage interaction among customers with an impressive calendar of events, readings, book clubs and classes.
Named by the Institute of Museum of Library Services (IMLS) as a winner of the 2017 National Medal for Museum and Library Service!
Richland Library is also a leader in providing digital resources for today’s library user and has an impressive online collection.
