Print Resources Specialist
James Madison University’s Libraries is seeking a Print Resource Specialist to ensure standardized services for JMU faculty, students and staff in support of learning, teaching and research.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will facilitate information discovery and access to JMU Libraries’ tangible collections.
They will supervise a wage staff position, including training and oversight of responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage the print journal and standing order life cycle process, manage all operations of the Libraries’ approval plans, and the manage gift book donation processes. They will oversee access, discovery, and inventory of tangible materials, specifically serial resources.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
- Articulated ability to help foster an inclusive and equitable work environment.
- Enthusiastic about working in an active and engaging environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with library acquisitions or technical services departments.
- Experience with library services and discovery platforms, such as Alma/Primo.
- Demonstrated successful customer service experience interacting with diverse community of library users (faculty, co-workers, students).
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new things.
- Experience ensuring access to library materials.
